Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service)

By using www.winnersedgetrading.com  web site (“Service”), a service of Winners Edge Trading (“Winners Edge Trading”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Winners Edge Trading reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

When making a purchase, the customer agrees to all stated terms and conditions. A customer further agrees to be charged for the full order total of their purchase. A customer further agrees to any and all subscription fees that are associated with a purchase. These fees shall be clearly stated and are not refundable. If the terms are violated we have the right to terminate without refund for any reason.

Account Terms :

You must be 18 years or older to use a Service.

You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.

Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.

You are not allowed to sell or redistribute our signals or tools in anyway.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Winners Edge Trading cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms :

A valid credit card or paypal account is required for paying accounts. Free accounts are not required to provide a credit card number or paypal account.

Activation of membership is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Requests for refunds will not be accepted for any reason unless otherwise specified.

Behaviors that Void Warranty And Refund:

Customers/clients that slander, threaten, or exhibit inappropriate behavior in dealing with Winner’s Edge Trading will not be eligible for any warranty or refund policy that might otherwise be available to them.

Furthermore, any Chargeback attempt made by a client that is not valid will void any existing warranty or refund policy as they are a breach of the terms and considered fraudulent behavior. Once an invalid Chargeback is attempted, the customer no longer has eligibility for a refund or warranty regarding the product or service for which the Chargeback was attempted.

Any refunds to be paid we have a period of 12 months to pay the refund back to the person from the date of the agreed upon refund.

Strike 3.0 Subscription Terms:

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time without penalty by sending an email requesting cancellation to [email protected] and confirming the cancellation request after the support team responds to the query.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to cancel the subscription before a charge is processed if the customer does not wish to continue their membership for the next period of the respective subscription plan. Once a charge is processed, it is not refundable.

Subscriptions give access to training and intellectual property which is impossible to be returned; therefore, once a subscription payment has been processed the customer is not eligible for a refund of the subscription charge.


Rock Solid Refund Guarantee: If 30 days after the purchase We do not show Profit in our trades during that during that period and you are not satisfied with the tools and the training then you may request a refund.

Profit Zones Policy:

Customers are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase of the “Profit Zones Tool” if they:

1. Email the Winner’s Edge Trading support team within 7 days of purchase to make an official request

2. Prove that they have downloaded the Profit Zones and attempted to use them as instructed

3. Confirm cancellation and refund via email and/or survey that will be requested by the Winners Edge Trading support team. Customers must confirm the cancellation after an initial request to verify that the terms have been met otherwise no refund shall be granted.

4. Have violated no other terms or conditions of service.

After the initial membership period, the ongoing Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis, and is non-refundable.

There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. Winners Edge Trading does not accept any liability for such loss.

Signal Service Policy:

The Signal Alerts by Winner’s Edge Trading have no refund policy. They are considered a non-refundable order and the fee is considered an Activation Fee for access to our dashboard and private alerts database.

No refund requests shall be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
